In modern society, a job is among on of basic demand of human. They can be found via newspaper advertisements, Internet job search websites or personal recommendations. However, with the development of technology and 4.0 the evolution , in my perspective, Internet job search websites should be considered as the best way to find the employed opportunity.

Recruitment announcements are now posted widely on the internet, especially job search websites. These specific websites concentrate on creating a zone to help job seekers and employers interact. This invention has changed the process of getting information from recruiters. In newspaper, there are only notification together with description about the business and wanted position while employees now prefer extra details, for example reviews of the company or direction to workplace which can work on their mobile devices. Employees do not only receive information, they can also ask or read comments from co-workers or customers to figure out whether the job is suitable for them on the websites. In addition, Internet job search websites provide an extensive amount of positions in different fields. Employee can easily search for the job they want by entering key work of the job title, locations and companies. This usability reduces time on searching and sorting process. Workers can also create CV and promote it publicly to attract recruiters. Recommendation letters will be sent to employees if they are considered as the best candidates for the vacant position.
