Hi , I want to reply a formal email and say "I'll reply your email as soon as possible" . Is it correct?

"I'll reply to your email as soon as possible" .

That's correct, but the recipient would think: he just replied (I'm reading it), so what does he mean by "as soon as possible".?

Maybe you mean this:
I will get back to you with an answer to your concerns as soon as possible.
