Ways of Expression

Person A gives an invitation ,for his daughter's marriage, to person B. What are different ways that the receiver (Person A) can wish person B? Here, Do we need to wish the person A or A's daughter?

One of the ways that I can think: Congrats A for your daughter's marriage!
