Ways of expressing the future

I'm a little bit confused about the meanings of the certain forms. Can someobdy give a clear explanation and give differences in meaning between these sentences:

1. I'll tell you when he comes. / I'll tell you when he will come.

2. I'll be seeing him tomorrow. / I'll see him tomorrow. / I'm seeing him tomorrow. / I'm going to see him tomorrow.

3. You will work in this room. / You will be working in this room.

4. Our new branch opens next week. / We are opening our new branch next week.

5. I'm meeting Tom at the station at six. / I'm going to meet Tom at the station at six. / I'll meet Tom at the station at six. / I'll be meeting Tom at the station at six. / I'm about to meet Tom at the station at six.
