wayman/layton

hey guys, i really need help comparing Tom Wayman's poem "Students" and Irving Layton's "The Role Of The Teacher". What do they both say about teachers and students? and what advice can you derive from the two pieces about making the most of your education. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
