What is the different between way and means?

Way generally refers to technique or method -- "He has come up with a new way to make cars."

Means are generally the resources necessary to complete a task "However, he hasn't the means to start a business to take advantage of this new technique."

They believe that happiness is possible if achieved by correct Ways.

U can not put means in the end.
