Way of addressing the audience

Dear Teachers,

Being a student, is it correct to start a speech with "My dear friends, seniors, teachers and everyone who’s present over here,".?

P.S. Please let me know, if you have a better way of addressing the audience.

Thanks,

Great regards, Hungry

  • Thanks, Great regards, Hungry I think it's best to address people in order of so-called importance, so it depends on who is in attendance.
  • In your example, I think that "fellow students, teachers, friends and relatives" might be enough.
