Way better/all the way better?

I guess these two pretty much just express the same level of betterment?

Way better is slang/bad English that I used to hear as a child. I haven't heard it for years. I haven't ever heard all the way better - nor do I expect to.

Yeah, it's just that I hear people saying something's "all the way more ... than the other" ALL TIME , I personally supposed that this could be applied to the word better, too. But accordi
