"Waters" Usage In A Sentence.

Hi all,

In this forum I read the following:

As the waters
Under a ruined mill

I google it and find out that it's correct to use waters in some contexts even though water is an uncountable noun.

I'd like to know some examples on how to use "waters" correctly in sentences.

Thank you
