How could I express the following ideas/steps into one sentence:
  1. Cl- blends with OH- in the water.
  2. The outcome of the blending becomes NaClO3 (commonly known as bleaching liquid).
  3. NaClO3, the bleaching liquid, is used to run the disinfection.
