Water, tear up, well up

Hi,

Let’s say that I have a cold and one of my eyes is watery.

“My left eye keeps watering.”

“My left eye keeps tearing up.”

“My left eye keeps welling up.”

“My left eye keeps welling up with tears.”

Are all of these possible?
