Water pressure turn up or down

How would you naturally say this please?

1 If the tap water pressure can't get any higher stronger, at the rate, it'll take you 10 minutes to fill the bucket of water.

2 Turn the water up (talking about the knob) , or else we'll be here forever.

3 Turn the water down, or else water will splatter everywhere.

Thank you

Hello John,

How are things with you?

Hope all is well.

Can you tell me what you think of 2 and 3 please?

I had one question I wansn't sure of, when talking about water pressure do you say,

Turn the water pressure down/up.

The water pressure is very strong/high/low/weak.

Thank you so much

Have a good day tomorrow.
