Water clogged up in wash basin

Water not flowing down from wash basin. It got clogged up. Please repair it.
Water not draining from wash basin. It got stuck up. Please repair it.

But there are waters flooded on the basin. I want to mention that to them. Shall I say "there are waters on the basin and it cannot drain"?
