Watch/see/look at

Ron: "Did you see the sad face she was wearing?"

Will: "Yup. It was dramatic to watch."

Ron: "You don't say."

Will: "But you know Liz, she likes to put on a show if it can give her a little attention."

Is this conversation completely natural?

Would you replace "watch" with "see" or "look at"?
