Lets say I am standing in line and I feel like to go away for a while. What should I tell the person standing in front of me to do me a favor? Teachers! Help me out!

If you want to be able to rejoin the line you could say "Excuse me, could you keep my place for me please?", but I would ask the person behind me. It's them that you'll be pushing in front of. The person in front doesn't care.
