Watch the video from 7:39, does it make sense?

Let’s say there is a video with 9mins length, and If I say 'watch the video from 7:39'

because I want him/her skip the first 7mins and watch from the interesting part.

Does it make sense?

So I can express ideas of time of video like 3:20 , 5:21 , 11:03??
