Watch out vs. take care

Hi

(Context: Business dealings--signing agreements, etc)

Would you say that take care and watch out are essentially synonymous and natural here? Any other suggestions please?

(Father to son)

If you don't watch out, you may land in big trouble.

If you don't take care, you may land in big trouble.

Thanks,

Tom
