Wat does this mean?

So i was chatting w someone and this person send me a video that I requested.

Me: I'm exited to see the video.
B: Yes... only you to see lol.

What does B?

Is this video only for me to see?
Or is B suggesting that he's dissapointend that he has nothing to see?
