Was/were going to and Was/were to

My friend is invited to a party and he has confirmed that he will join the party, but later people have just learnt that he cannot join because he has an important meeting at the time of the party. According to this scenario, are the sentences below correct?

- If he didn't have a meeting at the time of the party, he would join the party.
- He was going to join the party, but he has a meeting at the time of the party
- He was to join the party, but he has a meeting at the time of the party

Let's think the situation some days after the party. According to this 2nd scenario, are the sentences below correct?

- If he hadn't had a meeting at the time of the party, he would have joined the party.
- He was going to join the party, but he had a meeting at the time of the party.
- He was to join the party, but he had a meeting at the time of the party.
- He was to have joined the party, but had a meeting at the time of the party.
