What does waste(paper,fruit peels etc)present in the bin called(dustbin)?

I would say "waste." To me, it's the parts of things that are not normally used - discarded as scrap.

I think "refuse" has a much broader meaning, as in the poem - " . . . the retched refuse of your teeming shore" (actually referring to living humans). "Human waste" has quite a different meaning.

But I believe you can find people who think "refuse" is a euphamism for "
