Waste

Hi,

What does SET A WASTE mean?

The sentence is:

COUPLE OF THING YOU COULD HAVE DONE BETTER. FIRST...
AND SECOND, AND THIS IS REALLY THE MORE IMPORTANT PART,
SET A WASTE WITH ME WHEN YOU HAD THE CHANCE.

Thanks.
