Wasn't... Weren't

I said this to my girlfriend...

"I just watched a programme with the Demon Headmaster in! Is that the one you wasn't allowed to watch?"

She says it should be "weren't" whereas I have no idea to be honest. Some clarification would be nice. I am known for my use of wasn't instead of weren't all the time! My northern tongue says "wa'n't" in real life so I have no clue.

Thanks

I wasn't
You weren't

He/She/It wasn't

We weren't
You all weren't
They weren't

'...with the Demon Headmaster in it.'

Well, simply because there's the subject pronoun "you".You were/weren't allowed to...

I personally know that we use "was" for I/ she/he /it.

Hope someone can answer you and clarify more.
