Was well dismantled

Can one say
a. The machine was dismantled well by the workers.
b. The machine was well dismantled by the workers.

c. The machine was dismantled properly by the workers.
d. The machine was properly dismantled by the workers.

if the intended meaning is
c. The machine was dismantled in the right way.
?

I think (b) is ambiguous. In it 'well' could mean 'properly' and also 'totally', 'completely'.

Many thanks.

All of them make sense grammatically, but "dismantled well" and "well dismantled" sound strange to me. I would say "dismantled properly" in this case.
