Hello, I'm not sure:The article *"was" / "has been"* postd on  July 15th.

The present perfect (has been posted) cannot be used when you mention a specific time (July 15th) in the same sentence.

You must use "was". The article was posted on July 15th.

This rule is worth remembering!
