Was made vs is made

I trying out a grammar online exercise and came across this sentence:
"This delicious chocolate is made by a small chocolatier in Zurich, Switzerland."

Shouldn't "is made" have been "was made"?

If not, why so?

Thank you!

It could be. It depends on whether the context is speaking of a specific box of chocolate. It also depends on whether the chocolatier is still in business.
