I placed a call to US, yesterday, and accidentally, dialed a wrong number. I asked," Hello! Where are you talking from?". Funnily enough, the other person said,"a house". I was so embarrassed, I put the phone down. Now, I'm not a native English speaker. So, I presume that I was wrong there. What should have been said by me then?
