Was happy to

1-I felt happy to see him.
2-I was happy to see him.

3-I felt happy to be seeing him.
4-I was happy to be seeing him.

In which of the above cases:

a-I was happy that I was seeing him then and there.
and in which:
b-I was happy that I was going to see him
and in which:
c-I was happy that I had seen him

No. 'to see' is an infinitive, so its time is based on the tense of the main verb. 'Was' is past, so it could be any time in the past.
