Was confused while

a. He was drugged while he drove home.
b. He was blindfolded while he played chess with me.
c. He was confused while he answered the questions.

d. He was injured while playing the second game.

Can one tell if he was drugged during his ride home or before it?
Can one tell if someone blindfolded him while he was playing or if he had a blindfold on throughout the game?
Can one tell if the questions confused him or if he was confused right from the start?
Can one tell if he got injured during the second game or if he had been injured before the game began?

Many thanks.
