Was born Vs has born

I have a question about the verb "born".

Let's say a child was born at 10 am. When an astrologer talks to his father at noon about the birth, should he say,

1. Your son was born at an auspicious hour.

or

2. Your son has born at an auspicious hour.

?

Your son was born at an auspicious hour.
Your son has been born at an auspicious hour.

Both sound appropriate.

I'm not a native English speaker but for me option 1 sounds correct. I'm an English Teacher and have never seen or listened to the "has born" construction. However I've seen in other forums people discussing about "have been born" which I found plaussible, but have never seen it even in English school books of any kind.
