Warm Regards or Warm regards - does it matter ?

Hi Guys,

Wanted to know if it is okay to use capital letters "W" and "R" in Warm Regards, I currently use caps... I feel using caps would mean creating emphasis on the words Warm and Regards.

Look forward to your expert advice.

Don't do this; you might even create the opposite effect of what you are trying to accomplish, as the reader might think you are ridiculing him. Just use the initial captial to start the sentence, and leave it at that.
