Wants some help to correct my sentences.

Is this sentence is right?

"would you mind me being there as friend? "

You need to capitalise the w in would. Other than that it is grammatically correct. Personally I wouldn't say that as if I am a true friend I would be there and not ask for permission.

thanks Phillips for a quick response & welcome ! No, it is not like that, it was just an example. what i wanted to ask someone is that, would she/he mind me being there ( at some place ) as friend or anything else like servant, stalker etc... ( in a funny way )

You may be better being more casual about it and ask "do you mind if I tag along?" Or, "do you mind if I come with you?"
