Want to see children

I think english is a bit strange, but I'm sure there is a way to understand that:)
"want to see children" it means to keep seeing children born? coming to this world? I'll add the video below maybe that would help too.

People who want to change the world, people who want to see children there's no reason in the world to have 870 million people hungry in the world.
