I sometimes hear people say, “I wano (Want to)” and “Tryno (trying to)”

Am I hearing wrong? Maybe they’re saying “wanna” and “trynna”??

Yes. I suppose some dialects tend to try to squeeze in the final "o". In my neck of the USA, we abandon all phonetics and use a frank "wanna" and "tryna". Of course, we should never write any of those unless we're having a conve
