Want or would

I work on Elderly wards So i often need to ring their new place they are going to confirm their medicine supply:

We supply the medicines in original bottles and boxes or

In a tray called a dossette box which is known as compliance aid.

So when I ring this nursing homes and other places to establish their medicines supply preference- bottles and boxes or a tray.

How should I ask the question:

How do you want to supply the medicines- in original bottles and boxes or in a dossette box( a tray or a compliance aid)?

Can you say

would you prefer your medicines in bottles and boxes or a dossette box?

Thanks

How do you want us to supply the medicines – in their original bottles and boxes or in a do s ette box? "How do you want to supply the medicines" would mean that they are supplying them, which I understand is not what you are trying to say. The word "their" is not mandatory.
