want or wants?

in my country most of the people (want to go / wants to go) to the university.

there (is/are) several kinds of flowers in the bouquet..
also where is the subject in the previous sentence?

There are...

I've seen a lot of native speakers use There's(but not there is) in such situations, however I believe it's gramatically incorrect.

"There" is the subject I think(dummy subject).

The agreement for a "most of the" construction goes with the noun after "of the".

Here it's "people", so you're working with a plural. "people want".
