Walk/walking/to walk

Could you confirm whether all of the following sentences are okay? Thank you.

1. A 30 minute walk in the morning is good for your health.
2. 30 minute walks in the morning are good for your health.
3. Walking in the morning for 30 minutes is good for your health.
4. To walk in the morning for 30 minutes is good for you health.

They are okay with me, but I would add a couple of hyphens: A 30-minute walk, 30-minute walks. Sentence 4 has an infinitive (to walk) as its subject. I know some people dislike this even though it is perfectly grammatical.

It's considered bad form to begin a sentence with a number written in digits. It's better to spell out the words.
