Walking becomes a popular exercise among Korean. If you go to playground at the public school after dinner hour, you’ll see people walking along the jogging track. I often walk on the walking trail in the side of Gwanganri Beach with my mother. Previously, it was paved by concrete. The district office resurfaced the walking track with urethane which provides a level, shock-absorbing surface conducive to walking and running last summer. People love to walk on this track. No pet, cycling or rollerblading is allowed on the track.
What do you wear when you go for a walk?
I saw ladies who wear black sweat pants, black long sleeve shirt, and white cotton gloves with black umbrella on their hand walking on the beach when I visit Fukuoka, Japan last summer. I do not know what kind of effect they get from wearing like that when they walk.
I can see here the walking ladies who covered from their head to toe. They wear a cap which also covers their eyes, big masks, thin long towel or scarf for their neck, long sleeve shirt, long pants and sneakers. It is the war against ultraviolet radiation of women.
Sometimes, it looks ugly and funny. I like to wear simple, light and comfortable. but never forget to put on the suncream.
How long do you walk at once for an exercise?
I read a magazine that 45 minutes fast walking on the soil ground every day conducive to health life.
Fast walking is the point. If I walk on the walking trail once, it takes about 20 minutes. Some people walking the trail 2 or 3 times. I am easily tired of the same route so I am trying to discover new route for the walking exercise.
I think that walking with dumbbell accelerates the exercise effect.
Walking is Fun!!

Hi, I've made quite a lot of corrections, so please read carefully. Your writing is not bad. Don't have so many very short paragraphs, OK?
