Walker

People who have some difficulties in walking use a four wheel device which helps them to move forward.
You may find even three wheel or six wheel devices.

What does it call in AmE and BrE?
I found the following names on the Internet.
Walker, Walking Frame, Zimmer Frame and Rollator

In the U.S. it's called a walker. I've never heard any of the other terms you list.

If you searched on the Google, you would find the word rollator. On top of that I have heard the word rollator.

I don't doubt that the terms exist -- I was just trying to say that they are not in common use in American English.

"Walker" is the only word I've heard in the U.S. That doesn't mean that other words don't exist.

Zimmer frame is commonly used in the UK. They come without wheels or with two wheels on the front legs.
