Walk with support

Hi

Are these sentences natural English? Any ideas?

  1. The patient was very weak and could not walk without support.
  2. The patient was very weak and needed my support to walk.
  3. The patient could not walk on his own. I gave him support of my shoulder.
  4. One of us had to give him support to walk up to the washroom.
