How could I correctly phrase this?
He walked on the side of his foot on the left foot because he had a blister on the sole of his foot and couldn't walk properly.
Thanks
) of his left foot as he had a blister on the sole and couldn't walk properly. and couldn't walk properly' altogether as it's pretty self-explanatory.

Just try and remove the repeated use of the word 'foot':
He walked on the side (I'd specify 'outside' as that's likely to be the case!) of his left foot as he had a blister on the sole and couldn't walk properly.
In fact, you could leave off the '...and couldn't walk properly' altogether as it's pretty self-explanatory.
