Snoring and wetting the bed are presumed to occur while sleeping so including that is redundant. If someone asked me if I snore in my sleep I'd be tempted to say "No, I do it while I'm awake." To suggest that walking in your sleep should occur while sleeping is even more absurd.

So your final choice is the best.

1. Do you snore?

2. Have you ever wet the bed? Do you often wet the bed? (This would only be natural if you know it has happened at least once.)

3. Have you ever walked in your sleep? Do you often walk in your sleep? (Same as above.)
