Can I say,

1 You cannot wear earphones to listen to music when you walk facing the traffic.

2 It will disturb you (while listening to music) when you walk facing the traffic.

3 If you walk facing traffics, you may not easily get involved accidents.

4 If you walk facing traffics, you may not meet accidents.
