Walk away into sunshine

By given below context, can anyone tell me what "walk away into sunshine" means?

Google is rumored to be in talks to acquire local reviews site Yelp for about $500 million. If the deal happens, then it’s a good move for Yelp and its backers, who are selling at what I think is the top of the market. It is also a good-short term move for Google as well. The Yelp gang gets to walk away into the sunshine, getting top dollar at a time when they’re about to be disrupted by a whole new class of more real-time and socially contextual services.

I guess it means "walk away from being disrupted"; instead they "walk into sunshine"? since "walk away" could mean "survive"

They get to leave (walk away) in a very good situation (the sun is metaphorically shining - it's a good day for them).

The Yelp people will make a lot of money -- a LOT of money. They will be in a "sunny" (happy, good) place.
