Wakened/waked

Hello, teachers!

Are both verbs natural and common?
- It is just 5 AM. He has wakened/waked up already.

There is no word like waked up. He has awakened already. or, he has woken up already , can be used

He has waked up already. is fine in American English.

Of all the verbs which have to do with waking (awake, awaken, wake, waken), only "wake" can be used with "up", so the use of "wakened up" is not a good idea.

In British English we would not say 'waked up'. We would say 'woken up' in these contexts.

He has just woken up.

However, we would say 'Wake me up at 6 am'.
