Hello, this is Jim. I'd like to speak to Mark. I know it's early. Has he woken up yet? -- Connection to the present.

If I want to ask question. When did you wake up today? When have you woke up today? Which is correct?

When (Or what time) did you wake up today?

Note that when you use the present perfect, it's have woken, not woke.
