Wait, wait a little. I suppose you do not mean

Hello.

Are the following sentences grammatically correct?

"Wait, wait a little. I suppose you do not mean again that woman you really suffered for and you had a bad time. It's been a while since you talked about her, because long ago, whenever you could, you made a reference to her. I guess it's not the woman that I'm thinking, because you already got over it, right?"

Thanks.

Apart from the last sentence, I don't understand any of it. I suggest you rewrite it in a clearer way.
