WAIT TO vs WAIT BEFORE WHICH TO USE??

Which of these sentences would you say please and which are correct?

1 I had to wait to see the doctor/wait before seeing the doctor.

2 Wait to see the doctor/Wait before seeing the doctor. ( When there is no subject "before" sound right and "to" sounds off????)

3 Wait to sit down./Wait before sitting down./I had to wait to sit down.

Do 2 "nots" work? Is this correct and does it make sense?

1 I'm not not going to go because of you.

Thank you

Hello,

I'm not not going to go because of you.

That to me means that you are going to go.

Your sentence, the person isn't going to go.

THank you
