0 I'm not sure that there is an exact spot, it's quite a vague area really, Gary. I always think of it as the thinnest part of your abdomen, so usually somewhere around your belly button down to a couple of inches lower. (that's assuming that this area is thinner than the rest of you of course, I haven't been able to pinpoint my waist for a few years!). 0-
