Hi. Is it correct to say “You are an expert for s***.” to mean “You are not an expert.”?

When you start flinging that stuff, all bets are off. Bad idiom and grammar only help you. But I would not use "expert for" but "expert at". "For X" takes a predicative role: "You are for X as an expert."
