I'm not familiar with "Vs." at all, but the other two are possible. The British do not use a period if the last letter of the abbreviated word is kept in the abbreviation; thus, "vs" for "versus". The Americans use a period to show that the letters are an abbreviation; thus, "vs.". "v" and "v." are also seen.
